Our dog, Minnie, has been very confused over the past few weeks on who to go to for her needs. Since spring break and this virus quarantine, T has been her main caretaker and she looks to T, when she wants fed even when I’m home. The last few nights she’s been leaving our room to go wake T to put her out. A few nights ago Minnie woke T and T took her out. Well, hubby and I saw a flash of light downstairs and we both thought intruder. Hubby even got the gun out but checked the girls rooms first to see if it was them. Poor T! I think we scared her more than she scared us.
Last night at 3 am, she didn’t want to freak us out again, so T came into my room to wake me to put Minnie out. In my foggy sleep I had no idea what T wanted. I thought she said she wanted a train whistle! So I panicked, started looking on my bedside for a train whistle. Hubby wakes up and asks what’s going on. I said, “T needs something and I can’t find it.” T tells him that Minnie needs to go out and he gets up to take her out. I’m so confused because I was looking for a train whistle!
T just looks at me and tells me to go back to bed.
